Bone and meat separator
This equipment is widely used for complete separation of bones and meat of fish and poultry skeletons. The separated minced meat can be used to make meat products such as sausage, meat cake, meatballs and dumplings. The bone residue can be used to extract chondroitin, soup bottom material or make bone meal and animal feed.
